The Green Bottle Method
Starting this year, all of my coaching fees will employ the Green Bottle Method.
What is the Green Bottle Method?
Your current financial circumstance does not make a statement about your capacity for growth, your potential, or your worthiness to be invested in. Recognizing the truth that our financial circumstances are often a result of systemic factors out of our control, the Green Bottle Method is an approach that allows access to professional services that might not otherwise be possible due to individual financial circumstances. Simply put, the Green Bottle Method is a tool of economic justice.
How does it work?
Starting this year, all coaching services will be offered at three different price points, adjusting for either group coaching or 1:1 coaching. You will be asked to evaluate your current financial circumstances to determine which bottle accurately describes your financial capability. Based on that, you will be offered a standard fee for that bottle. I will also be continuing to offer interest-free payment plans to enable greater access. I honored and accounted for my expertise, time spent developing materials, and the time spent facilitating every session as I developed out the Green Bottle Method I will use for every client this year, so a financial commitment will be required on your part. But I hope that by adopting the Green Bottle Method, it will unlock access that may have previously felt out of reach.

The Rising Leaders Program
Our flagship leadership development program, the Rising Leaders Program started in 2024 with the mission of creating a leadership development program that was intentionally designed around the needs of underrpresented women navigating organizational and systemic barriers. Since inception, we’ve completed 8 cohorts and grown a community that continues to support you long after the program is complete. The Active Allies Program
