The Green Bottle Method

Starting this year, all of my coaching fees will employ the Green Bottle Method.

What is the Green Bottle Method?

Your current financial circumstance does not make a statement about your capacity for growth, your potential, or your worthiness to be invested in. Recognizing the truth that our financial circumstances are often a result of systemic factors out of our control, the Green Bottle Method is an approach that allows access to professional services that might not otherwise be possible due to individual financial circumstances. Simply put, the Green Bottle Method is a tool of economic justice.

How does it work?

Starting this year, all coaching services will be offered at three different price points, adjusting for either group coaching or 1:1 coaching. You will be asked to evaluate your current financial circumstances to determine which bottle accurately describes your financial capability. Based on that, you will be offered a standard fee for that bottle. I will also be continuing to offer interest-free payment plans to enable greater access. I honored and accounted for my expertise, time spent developing materials, and the time spent facilitating every session as I developed out the Green Bottle Method I will use for every client this year, so a financial commitment will be required on your part. But I hope that by adopting the Green Bottle Method, it will unlock access that may have previously felt out of reach.

  • I collaborate with organizations and community-based groups to design tailored solutions that align with both the unique requirements of your organization and the specific needs of the community.

      • The benefit: Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data from the organization are essential to make strategic, data-informed decisions on the future of DEIB.

      • The benefit: Advocacy and allyship starts with leaders.

    • Data strategy and KPI development

      • The benefit: Defining and measuring success both quantitatively and qualitatively helps your organization recognize when positive progress is being made and when a course correction is necessary.

    • Strategic roadmap and planning

      • The benefit: Bringing a strategic lens to DEIB aspirations is what creates forward momentum and progress.

    • DEI Program development

    • The benefit: Developing and implementing robust DEIB programs creates spaces of belonging and inclusion for employees within organizations.

  • I create and facilitate customized and semi-customized workshops and facilitations designed to support organizational progress on their DEIB journey.

    The benefit: Creating an inclusive and equitable organization that fosters belonging for everyone requires fundamental understanding of systemic inequity and how we can all work towards redesigning more inclusive systems.

  • The Rising Leaders Program

    Our flagship leadership development program, the Rising Leaders Program started in 2024 with the mission of creating a leadership development program that was intentionally designed around the needs of underrpresented women navigating organizational and systemic barriers. Since inception, we’ve completed 8 cohorts and grown a community that continues to support you long after the program is complete.     The Active Allies Program

    Embarking on the path of allyship and inclusive leadership is an ongoing journey. In my private coaching sessions, I offer personalized guidance to individuals dedicated to evolving into inclusive leaders.
