WHAT’S INCLUDED

Meet your Coach

Hi, I’m Jaya - founder and Chief Empathy Officer of Jaya Mallik Coaching & Consulting. I’m so glad you’re here and considering the Rising Leaders Program!

I understand how frustrating it feels when you’re ready to share ideas, you have the answer to that problem, you aren’t feeling challenged and you feel…stuck. The development opportunities stall. The promotions seem out like they’re always just out of reach. And worse, you’re not sure why. You’re doing a great job, so what’s the problem?

The problem isn’t you. The problem is that corporations are designed around the needs of the few, not the many.

I’ve been where you are. The gap I saw in many corporate women’s leadership development programs was they seemed to focus on the needs of few women vs. the many too.

They didn’t consider the needs of women who had additional prisms of identity, like:

  • Ethnicity

  • LGBTQIA+

  • Imimgrant

  • First-gen college grad

  • First-gen American

  • First-gen coroporate

  • Neurodivergent

  • Disability

So I created a new leadership program, for the rest of us. In this program, you’ll find community, joy, support, and your authenticity.

I look forward to seeing you be a part of this amazing village. You belong here. ❤️

Always,

Jaya
