In addition to the Rising Leaders Program and my private coaching sessions, I now also support the following areas:

  • Back After Baby: An often overlooked but critical component of diversity, equity, and inclusion work is supporting women who have just become mothers or are expanding their families. There are few tools and career guidance available specifically to women going through this critical phase of their lives. When women are not supported in this fundamental area of development (known as Matrescenece), they are left isolated and undersupported in continuing to develop their careers. In this coaching program, I focus on supporting women who are navigating the evolution of their identity while also balancing their careers after having a child. We will explore conversations around:

  • DEI Leader Rising: Too often, people are thrust into organizational DEI roles without a strong foundation to lead, implement change, and effectively meet the organization where it is in its journey. Not only does this produce ineffective outcomes, but it also causes harm to those placed in these leadership roles without prior preparation.In this coaching program, we will focus on cultivating the foundational knowledge and skills required to act effectively as a DEI change agent in communities and organizations. We will explore:
