In this six-week cohort, you will learn the fundamentals of authentic allyship practice that will help you develop the skills and resilience required to become a leader that cultivates and fosters inclusive and equitable environments that enable diversity to flourish, while advancing your career.

  • Week 3 / Recentering Others

    In this session as we delve into the active and intentional practice of recentering others in allyship. Together, we'll explore ways to foster an inclusive and supportive environment where every voice is not only acknowledged but actively uplifted. This is an opportunity to deepen your commitment to allyship by learning how to center others with authenticity, empathy, and purpose.

  • Week 4 / Aligning values & actions

    This session invites you to actively align your values with your allyship actions, paving the way for a more authentic, impactful, and sustainable commitment to supporting marginalized communities. Join us as we collectively work towards creating a world where allyship is not just a concept but a lived, conscious practice rooted in genuine values and actions.

  • Week 5 / Mistakes & Continuous Growth

    Part of remaining an effective ally is embracing the inevitable journey of making mistakes and recognizing them as stepping stones toward continuous growth. Join us in fostering a culture of accountability, resilience, and humility, where mistakes are not roadblocks but opportunities to deepen our commitment to meaningful allyship.

  • Week 6 / Emotional Regulation

    Central to this session is the role of allies in fostering self-awareness and accountability. This also applies to our abilitie to manage and self-regulate our emotions as we navigate the lifelong journey of allyship. In our final session, participants will explore the power of self-compassion, mindfulness, and resilience-building practices to manage their somatic responses in their allyship journey.

Course structure

This is a six-week, virtual group cohort that meets live once a week and has activities for you to complete, designed for you to complete between live sessions. Attendees will receive an email with instructions on how to access the materials for each week.
